It begins by the need of deliver a full brand experience in different design fields satisfying different consumer touch points, from naming, visual identity to interior design. Persona comes from Latin and means mask. In the psychology of C. G. Jung the mask is presented to satisfy the demands of the situation or the environment to the public, seen from our point of view it means that the mask (or persona) is the first impression that the user gets from a brand, the outside cover that is in touch with the environment, how is exposed and identified by the user.
